On Monday the 21st day of October 2019 Agents with the 8th North Task Force conducted a saturation in and around the City of Prescott.

During this saturation Agent Gary Dorman attempted a traffic stop on a Harley Davidson motorcycle on East 1st Street North. The operator of the motorcycle fled from Agent Dorman turning into a drive way and laying the motorcycle on its side as he fled on foot.

Agent Dorman identified the operator from previous contact as 44 year old B/M William Mckillion from Prescott.

Other Agents with the Task Force went to Mckillion's home to attempt contact due to the fact he fled towards the area of his home. Agent Dorman remained on scene, conducting an inventory and had the motorcycle towed.

Agents were able to obtain a search warrant for Mckillion's residence at this time.

During the search of the residence an undetermined amount of a green leafy substance believed to be Marijuana was located along with items consistent with the distribution of the controlled substance.

A warrant was obtained for William Mckillion for the listed charges.

William Mckillion was arrested on October 23rd on the charges of Operation of an unsafe vehicle, Fleeing, Reckless Driving, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a schedule VI with purpose to deliver.
