01/12/2019 Operating ATV on Public Roadway leads to DWI arrest |

On Saturday January 12th 2019 Deputy Bo Morris and K-9 Deputy Jeremy Hendrix were called to the area of Willisville, Arkansas due to ATV's being operated on Public road. Deputies made contact with several individuals on Nevada 8 just east of Willisville who were on ATV's When contact was made, the deputies observed and intoxicating odor of alcohol coming from one of the operators. Deputy Bo Morris conducted an investigation of the operator finding that the W/M Chase Arrington was under the influence of alcohol and was also under the age of 21. All of the other operators were tested and were under the limit of DUI. Chase Arrington admitted to giving alcohol to the other under age individuals. Chase Arrington was placed under arrest and was transported to the Nevada County Sheriff's detention facility where he was offered a Breath test in which he scored a .11 on. Chase Arrington was charged with Driving while intoxicated, Minor in possession of alcohol, and Contributing to the delinquency of minor.
